My child forgot their password
Write to us from the parent email registered on the account, and we will help your child get back in.
The parent verification email hasn't arrived
Check your spam or junk folder first. Then, in the game, open Settings and tap 📤 Resend verification. You can resend it every 10 minutes.
Reporting a problem or sending feedback
In the game, open the Mailbox and tap ✍️ Send Feedback / Report a Problem at the bottom. You can also email us.
Getting a copy of your child's data
Email us from the parent address registered on the account, and we will send you a copy.
Deleting an account
In the game, open Settings and tap 🗑️ Delete my account. The account and its data are permanently deleted after 30 days. Until then, ↩ Cancel deletion in Settings undoes it.
